Returns & Exchange Policy
Thank your for shopping at PureShu. We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if unsuitable or incorrect you can return or exchange your goods using the following method:-

BY POST
Goods must be in a saleable condition*, sent in their original box/packaging and in secure outer packaging. Please include the completed returns note (downloadable below). Please state whether you require a refund or exchange, and the reason for return.

When returning goods, please use a signed-for or registered service for your own safety. Unfortunately we are unable to accept a proof of postage receipt, as this is not proof of delivery. Unless the goods you are returning are faulty or incorrect, we do not refund the initial delivery charge to you and goods are returned at your own expense.

Returns/Exchanges must be received within 14 days of delivery date.

INCORRECT OR FAULTY
If we have processed your order incorrectly or your goods are faulty they can be returned or exchanged by post or to any of our stores, as detailed above. All goods returned as faulty, will be inspected for a manufacturing defect. If we deem the item faulty a full credit refund or exchange will be given.

* Saleable condition means that shoes must not be scuffed or marked either on sole or the upper. When trying shoes for size and fit, please wear indoors on a carpeted surface only.
